Response Assist is a purpose-built, cloud-based tool and set of resources to help small businesses and families PREPARE for, RESPOND to, and RECOVER from disasters of all sorts. This free mobile applications enabled Response Assist users to access critical functionality from their mobile devices in a disaster including:
- Viewing and updating their Center Status;
- Viewing and updating Key People Statuses;
- Accessing their Contact information; and
- Using their private Message Center.
